Hello, Rj, I think you might be able to guess, who this is, im not gonna say my name, but this is my universal name(brawl, halo). I didnt read this yet but just lettin you know i have an account!
This is very well written and addresses the idea magnificently. You've got a great intro and rest. My only problem was grammar related use spell check once you written something like this. Also for quotation split them up so it's clearer that we're getting quotation. That wasn't clear enough. Interesting theory and if you've researched this right, we may well have Plasma weapons in late future.
